Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

I have long been looking for a protein cookie recipe that tastes as good out of the oven as some fresh baked nestle tollhouse cookies.  I still haven't found them yet.  But these are pretty good after they sit in the fridge for the night!  At around 80 calories per cookie, low sugar, and 8 grams of protein they hit the spot when I am craving sweets at night.  Recipe: 1.5 cups of 1 minute Oatmeal 6 egg whites 4 scoops of Muscle Pharm Chocolate Milk Protein Powder 6 Tbs of Nestle Tollhouse Semi Sweet Morsels 1/4-1/2 cup of Silk Original Unsweetened Almond Milk 1/2 Cup of Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla 1/2 Tsp of Baking Soda Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 for 8-9 minutes Yield 21 Cookies Per Serving: Calories: 80 Carbs 8 grams Fat 2 grams Protein 8 grams Sugar 3 grams

A great and not great time of year..

I love New Years, its the rebirth of our calendar and a time for people to set goals, reinvent themselves, and charge forward into new lives. But my head and my heart has been hurting this year due to our wonderful world of social networking. I had to go back to scripture to feel a little better about it and this is what I found.  “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?
