Limited equipment to work out? Look no further!

Right now the best thing we can do for ourselves is stay healthy. Continuing to eat healthy, exercise, and get rest should be top priorities when you are able. Soo...What to do when you are limited on your options to exercise?    Get outside if you can, go for a walk, a run, get your blood flowing and your feet moving! Use rocks, benchs or monkey bars to create some obstacles and make things interesting and challenging. You can use benches or low walls for step ups, dips, and pushups.  If you are stuck inside here are some great options: If you have a stationary bike: Check out Global Cycling Network for a free option for cycling videos. Or for a monthly fee you can use Peleton, The Sufferfest, or Zwift to keep you motivated during your workouts.  If you have a treadmill: Apps like The Sufferfest and Zwift also have running options.
