#3 No more sick and tired!

Hey y'all! Thanks for reading my 3 part series on combating feeling sick and tired all the time! To review... here is what we have covered so far: Get good sleep! Are you sticking to a commitment of removing electronics from the bedroom and reducing stimulant intake? Did you make an appointment to get your blood work done? I hope so, because without those first big steps, you may find yourself questioning some things in the future. Confidence in your body's health and a good night sleep are key to progress.
