But these are pretty good after they sit in the fridge for the night!
At around 80 calories per cookie, low sugar, and 8 grams of protein they hit the spot when I am craving sweets at night.
1.5 cups of 1 minute Oatmeal
6 egg whites
4 scoops of Muscle Pharm Chocolate Milk Protein Powder
6 Tbs of Nestle Tollhouse Semi Sweet Morsels
1/4-1/2 cup of Silk Original Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup of Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1/2 Tsp of Vanilla
1/2 Tsp of Baking Soda
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 for 8-9 minutes
Yield 21 Cookies
