Finding the trainer that can help you love yourself and find your health.

Compassion, empathy, and a back story.... Not necessarily the words many would expect to describe a personal trainer. I think most people picture giant men and tiny women flexing their muscles in the mirror as they put a new client through the paces to better fitness.
But what is stereotypical is not usually the case, nor is it what you probably want as a trainer.
As I write this I am sitting in my office above our main gym floor listening to one trainer teach a class, and two more training their private clients. There is a lot of laughing and words of encouragement.

Our philosophy at the gym is making fitness fun, so that you want to come back over and over again. Have so much fun that you forget that it is work. There might be times of challenge but every time you walk out of the gym you will have a self satisfied grin on your face, no matter how you felt as you walked in the door.

I am honored to have the trainers and other staff that I have working for me. None of us are perfect and none of us expect you to be either. We have many stories, some have weight loss successes of our own, others struggled with auto immune disease or a history of depression. No matter the story, all of us used fitness and health to manifest a better life. And we are all passionate about what we do. We use that past as experience to help our clients achieve better health and a love for movement and internal health.

Thanks to all of my staff for making our gym a welcoming and wonderful place!
